The MyUTMB application has been restored and was returned to users a little before 5:00 a.m. this morning. We were forced to go back to a 2:45 a.m. Friday, September 26 backup in order to eliminate the database corruption. We are in the process of restoring/resending all clinical documents to MyUTMB for the 2:45 a.m. Friday, September 26 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27 time window. We have already completed restoration of leave requests and time adjustments from 2:45 a.m. Friday, September 26 to 2:45 a.m. Saturday, September 27. Unfortunately all leave requests and time adjustments entered into MyUTMB from 2:45 a.m. on Saturday until the system was taken off line on Saturday, September 27 at 9:00 p.m. have been lost. Any data entered into MyUTMB from 2:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27 with the exception of clinical information has been lost and will have to be re-entered.
We will be working with individual groups that have MyUTMB applications to assist them with any issues related to the downtime. Please contact the IS Service Desk at x25200 if you have any questions or issues related to this incident.
