If you have beak data please consider submitting it for the next version. Ask your colleagues too! Please download the MS Excel template and use this to submit your data. Please use the template as my work on the database is not financed and I have limited time to reformat data. Send the completed Excel file to l.allcock@qub.ac.uk. All the data that you contribute will be linked to your personal details so that other researchers will know who provided which data. Please do not try to submit data directly to CephBase - always send it to Louise Allcock at the National Museums of Scotland. We are working towards a second version of the database. As well as increasing the amount of data, we hope to add images and descriptions of some of the beaks. Suggestions for improvement are welcomed from the scientific community.
