mySTAR:

Please access mySTAR to:

  • update your address and emergency contact information
  • sign up for the Installment Plan
  • pay your tuition/fees
  • and use all other services needed for records and registration

 Please be sure to view the status of your Financial Aid to:

  • make sure you have submitted all required documents
  • accept or decline the aid that has been offered (If you have not accepted your aid, it will prevent the disbursement of your financial aid)
  • check your “To Do List” to ensure that all required documents have been submitted

 Installment Plan:   IF YOU DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR THE INSTALLMENT PLAN, ALL OF YOUR TUITION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINANCIAL AID DISBURSEMENT.

Make sure you have signed up for the Installment Plan for your tuition and fees prior to your tuition/fee due date.   If you sign up for the installment plan after your funds have been disbursed, your refund check will be delayed.

Tuition/Fees: Tuition/fees are due in full before the first class day of the semester or late fees and enrollment cancellation could apply. Check your account balance often!

If you ARE on Financial aid and would rather pay your tuition on your own, you may pay your tuition no later than 10 days prior to your first class day to ensure it will not be deducted from your Financial Aid disbursement.


Third-Party Sponsorship:

If a Third-party is paying your tuition and your sponsorship has not been processed prior to aid being disbursed, your aid will be applied to tuition/fees. Once your sponsorship has been processed, if there is a credit on your account balance, you will receive a refund. Graduate students, please contact the Graduate school to check the status.

Veterans Benefits:

If you are receiving GI Benefits or Hazelwood Exemption that pays your tuition, you should have received an email notification from Enrollment Services that your benefits have been certified. If you have not received your notification, please contact us directly.

 Academic/Departmental Scholarships:  

If you are receiving an academic/departmental scholarship, the funds will be disbursed to your account once Enrollment Services receives the request from the school/department. You will receive notification from the school/department regarding any required documents that you must submit prior to the disbursement being processed. If all tuition/fees have been paid, you will receive a refund.


Direct Deposit:

If you have not signed up for direct deposit and you want your funds sent via ACH, please login to mySTAR to enroll in direct deposit. You must sign up by noon the day prior to your disbursement date, or we cannot guarantee your funds will be sent electronically to your bank account. If you have trouble enrolling, please email Student Financial Services for assistance. Otherwise, your disbursements will be mailed to you.
