Colorectal and GI Cancer Support Group - Nov.13
The next meeting of UTMB’s colorectal and GI cancer support group will be Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 at the UTMB Health Clinics building in Galveston at 1005 Harborside Drive, third floor infusion center waiting room. The group will share a harvest-season meal of dishes from “The Cancer Fighting Kitchen” cookbook prepared by group members. Guest speaker will be UTMB oncologist Dr. Nihal Abdulla, who will discuss new developments in chemotherapy. The group is open to both cancer patients and their caregivers.
