The Osler Student Societies of the McGovern Academy of Oslerian Medicine at UTMB will host their Second Annual Summer Seminar Series on Humanism in Medicine on Tuesday, August 6 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Research Bldg. 6, room 2.312. The topic of discussion is "The Institutionalization of Death and Dying: Religious and Secular Perspectives." Presenters will include the Very Reverend J. Pittman McGehee (former Dean of Christ Church Cathedral-Houston and Jungian analyst) and Nicole Piemonte, MA and Mark Clark, Ph.D. of the UTMB Institute for the Medical Humanities.
