Moderate amounts of protein, rather than a lot, might be best for muscle

Continuing to receive extensive national and international coverage is a recent study by UTMB metabolism researchers that shows that only about the first 30 grams of dietary protein consumed in a meal actually produce muscle. Similar articles also appear in Yahoo! India, and the Japan Herald.
