Muscle doesn’t need lots of protein

It’s a myth that loading up on protein is necessary to build muscle. Turns out, only the first 30 grams (the equivalent of 4 ounces of poultry, fish or lean meat) of protein consumed in a meal is used by the body to make muscle, according to a study conducted by UTMB researchers.
