Shade those eyes from harmful rays

UTMB’s Dr. Janice Contreras offers tips to protect the eyes while outdoors in the summer. “When outside during the day, the first line of defense is to wear a broad-brimmed hat and sunglasses that block harmful UV rays. … Don’t be fooled by clouds: The sun’s rays can pass through haze and thin clouds.
