Smoking is dangerous, unhealthy for you and your children

In last week’s Keeping Kids Healthy column by UTMB’s Dr. Sally Robinson and Keith Bly: The smoke that wafts around a smoker’s house is sufficiently toxic to be causing children very serious and long-term medical problems, such as lifelong reduction in lung function; increased ear, throat and breathing infections; asthma and more dangerous periods under anesthesia should children require surgery.
