Evidence of Student Learning
The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) collects various types of data from Texas public universities and community, state and technical colleges as a resource for the Texas Legislative Budget Board (LBB). The LBB uses performance measures to develop budget and policy recommendations for legislative appropriations.
