The Office of Strategic Management, in concert with UTMB executive leadership, coordinates the development, management and implementation of UTMB's strategic plan. In addition, OSM will lead and support efforts to enhance initiatives related to accountability, assessment and institutional performance improvements. The office is led by Dr. Rebecca Saavedra.
