Conducted by Independent Consulting Firm
This year’s survey is being conducted once again by Morehead Associates, an independent human capital consulting and survey firm. Morehead will administer the survey, compile the results, and provide UTMB with a data report summarized at the entity, department, and division levels.
The pulse survey is completely confidential. The feedback collected cannot be linked to an individual or identified in any way.
Employees who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of six $750 gift certificates for a weekend getaway package
from Marchi Travel (or the cash equivalent).
Make a Difference at UTMB
Participation in the survey is critical to the institution’s success. The more employees who take part in the survey, the more accurately UTMB can identify and address workplace perceptions and concerns.
